So today was super fun. Met a bunch of Crossfitters at East York Collegiate and did 4 stations/1 minute at each station with 1 min rest at the end of each round. Did 3 rounds total. Stations were:
1. Wall ball
2. Burpees
3. Situps (atomic-like on park bench)
4. Kettlebell swings (16kg – really need to start using 20kg)
Afterwards we played around with the slosh pipe and did a 50m overhead walk with them. Ryan showed me how to do some walking lunges that are killer hard! Tyler impressed the hell out of me with how easily he could clean it – which is the next goal that I have for it. I should start doing more medball clean and jerks…I also bought a pvc pipe/pole that is about 6.5 feet long and about the same diameter as an olympic bar (I can just barely do a good hook grip with it) so I am going to get back to doing more Burgener warm-ups and snatch practice so I don’t lose my technique.
