So after a full day of teaching, coaching basketball for 2 hours afterschool and before school, carpooling a coworker home (after picking up her daughter from daycare) I felt pretty useless. But I am determined to start following what I think is a very reasonable workout scheduled… so I had to do SOMETHING even if it was small and insignificant.
Warm-up – a bunch of squats (over 20), some pushups, tabata situps Vancouver styles (you’re right Aimee these suck!) and hip rotations and dancing with my funky-bad-self I decided to do something quick and dirty:
100 air squats for time – 3:10
I know, it is completely embarrassing to admit that was my wod today but considering my alternative was doing nothing… I’ll take this tiny victory.
