    179# – I tore the roof off with cheats yesterday though.

    Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
    7 Burpee Pull Ups
    7 Front Squats (boys 155#/girls 105#)

    7 rounds + 3 burpee-pull-ups.

    Nothing like a WOD where burpee-pull-ups are the rest. :)

    Note: this is actually a CF Football WOD, which should be completed at 185#. Next time.

    Oh yes, 179.4# – I tested out gluten-free pizza yesterday. And by tested I mean “ate an entire medium”

    The Horror continues. So far I’ve found the Thai Kitchen brand of coconut milk the best for taste and texture. Today was 100ml + 50g of Protein Powder + water + a pinch of Godiva Hot Chocolate mix.

    10 Double Unders
    )

    I almost finished 14/14/70, I got to 14/14/50. 20 Double Unders take about 30 seconds, so I could have finished. Oh well, next time.
