A cry out to the CF Community.
I am going bonkers after being away from the gym for 2 weeks. I am looking for excercises to do that by-pass my lower back and remove the possibility of re-injury. I am looking for suggestions. Thus far, I am considering:
1. Pullups
2. Dips
3. Unweighted OHSs
4. Bench Press
5. Bridges

First time I’ve done all these things in a row, so I wasn’t sure where to start.
Squat – 203-225-245
Shoulder Press – 135-145-155f
Deadlift – 295 – 315 – 325
Total – 715
Could’ve done a better deadlift and squat, but ran out of reps. Goal of 750 next time.
What are people’s warm-up scheme for this? -

As for the hoody, I think that’s a compelling reason to come out to Calgary.

That is a more practical way to go and will lead to better form for me. At the same time, it doesn’t allow for the same level of bragging rights. Ah well, soon enough.
