Quick note, “OPT style” push-ups are with the elbows tight to the body as well.
I’ve switched to this style as well. As watched as my push-up numbers dropped.

No, it’s not 100% Paleo, I understand that.
I’m currently testing myself for a dairy sensitivity (aka, no dairy for 2 weeks, have some, measure impact) so I can’t have any chocolate.
I’m also fairly lazy when it comes to cooking, and this “recipe” reflects that.
