Post Turkey WOD

In an effort to sweat out a little too much indulgence over the past couple of days, I came up with this Murph inspired WOD this morning using some of the very limited equipment in the condo’s gym.

100 push ups

200 sit ups

300 squats

Time 35:20

The 2nd row was the worst… about 30 seconds longer than the first and I was totally gassed!  Shoulder is starting to get better and I’m hoping I’ll be able to try some overhead lifts later this week.

  2. Yes… of course I broke it up – I’m not super human!!! I did 10/20/30 – 10 rounds. Was not bad at all. You’ll note I did only 100 push ups, instead of 200 al a Murph!
