After a great trip back East which included some awesome outdoor WODs and a trip back to CFTO, I headed back into CF Van on Monday morning to start my week off right.

Hit 185 for a new PR, failed at 195. I know I can do more -apparently my 185 looked far too ”easy”, I know I lifted too much in the warm up sets which tired me out. Next time …
