Who’s in for this weekend’s Olympic Cert?
So far I know of Leah, Cyn and myself? Anyone else?

Greg Glassman has said that the final workout for the 2009 Games is something no one has done before.
A few competitors have guessed:
Any ideas? What would you want to see? What would you not want to see?

Now that Murph is over, let’s recap our rep schemes and their effectiveness.
I did 25 x (2,4,12) and 25 x (2,4,0).
Overall I think it was the wrong scheme for me, the pull-ups were too easy and the square were nasty after the run.
I think either 5,10,15 or Aimee’s scheme 5,5,8,5,7 splitting the pushups and squats, next time.
Nice work everyone!

Who’s ready for Murph?
Are you using a vest?
What’s your exercise scheme? 20 x (5, 10, 15), 10 x (10, 20, 30)?
This is going to be ugly.
